Vivienne Westwood Striped Asymmetric Paneled High Neck Sweater SZ 3

Older VW piece, cropped elongated sleeve and very high neck but has good slouch to it when on. Couple noticeable flaws, one is mark on the collar piece at the top of the neck hole, and on the drawstring at the bottom of the hem. Also a light  mark on the center of the chest but it will come out with a wash.
