Vintage 93' Steve Vai Seppuku Japan Tour T-Shirt SZ XL

Rare Japan Tour shirt. Tagged on a giant and licensed. Paint and some spot stains on the front. Main condition issue is at the hem of the shirt on the front there is a small spot that is a bit stiff and slight discolored, not sure what caused this but it will not come out but will be fine if you don't mess with it. That part of the shirt is a bit brittle and will tear if pulled too hard.
