Rick Owens Down Long coat, in size 50, fits a good size large or over sized medium. measurements are taken with the jacket buttoned up and are close but rough due to the flow fit of it. 

Some marks on the nylon that could be wiped off, no holes or damage to it. pockets are sherpa lined, there is no zipper on this style just the top snaps to keep it closed at the neck but holds down through the body
